I jammed in a Convoy 17mm 5A buck driver. It's thicker than stock, so the battery tube needs to be flipped around for better waterproofing.
Driver just sits in head, held in place by wires.
Beamshot is with a EC200 with 3xHT35 LEDs and 10507 Carclo Optic. Photo doesn't do it justice; HT35 is definitely rosy, especially outdoors.
519a feels neutral. E2A has no tint shift, and now a nice wide cone of light. It's my new short-range daylight/CRI accuracy rig.
