Just got this light yesterday, not really been used, just tested. Is this normal for this emitter? Does not bother me much tho.

I have one on my Rovyvon AA145 and it kind annoys me because you can slightly see it in the spill
If it’s noticeable in the beam, I’d probably try to get a replacement.
That, or just DIY it and swap the LED if you’re comfortable with a bit of modding.
DO not try to rub it off. You will scratch off the phosphor coating. Trust me, I have done it.
