The Scagel carving knife was made by Dave Shirley in 2005. He owned the Scagel brand at the time. Joel Austin made me this custom EDC pairing knife. They made quick work of all the cutting today.
Years ago, I carved the wooden spoon using some scrap firewood. Its either Fir or Spruce wood.
