Never had a hogue knife but I feel like this could be too good of a deal to pass up?

The Deka is very good, especially for the price. Original Goat makes some very nice scales for them if you want to upgrade from the polymer ones.

The Hogue Deka is one of my favorite small-medium folders. It’s super slim, super light, and has one of the smoothest crossbar locks I’ve ever seen.

The Deka is a solid American made knife. The plastic scales are not that great but AWT makes nice aluminum scales at a decent price.

I have the drop-point Deka in 20cv and g10 that I have carried a lot. My only comments are that the factory sharpen was hot garbage (like 12-ish degrees on one side and 30-something on the other as I recall).

I quite like the knife design and it makes an excellent thin-and-light EDC (primarily so I can carry even more stuff around).

The Deka is the original “better bugout”. Very solid.

White mountain knives has a sell on houge. You can get them with free shipping, no taxes, and the code Neevesknives will go e you an additional 10% off the sales price.

I like mine i prefer the deka over bugout. The ritter rsk both regular and small i think of as improved griptilian which it was based off of it and when benchmade discontinued it he made some improvements to it more when hogue and made it knifeworks exclusive.

I prefer the bel air over the Deka due to the scales. I’d rather get the cf scales than modding the Deka with awt or equivalent aftermarket scales.

That being said the Deka is supposed to be a great knife.

I USA made knife under $110 bucks it can’t be beat. That’s budget prices for Chinese knives. GET ONE (or two) you won’t be disappointed and if you are their customer service is PHENOMENAL!!!
