Black looks simple & professional to me. I don’t care much for looks unless it has functionality really (like copper accents, which look amazing to me)
To me, colored lights looks like toys haha

Funny thing is my one silver convoy there was unintentional. I must have not payed attention to the color chosen when I ordered it.

Some people just like black everything. I once visited a campsite where all participants loved black so much, *_everything_* was black. Not just clothes. Tents, chairs, utensils. Even the toilet paper. To complete the theme, they had squid ink pasta for dinner.
Then I realized they were all young with decent eyesight.
I’m waiting till they hit that time of life when they realize their all-black backpacks with all black gear inside and out means they can’t find a damn thing.
Backpack abyss is one reason I started toting flashlights always.

I used to be like this but have branched out now to try out copper, gray, green and even some of those Convoy anodized like the ink blot design
