I found a 2″ blade fits my needs well. AAA flashlight. But standard 6″ slipjoint pliers. Small for knife and light. But pliers is full size.

Being a bigger guy that wears cargo pants 95% of the time I don’t prioritize the size of my EDC, I prioritize the functionality of it. I look for things small enough to reasonably carry while also being functional to the level I desire.
For example my main EDC is: 1. Benchmade Taggedout 2. Wuben X4(currently testing) 3. Leatherman Wave+ 4. FN 509 tactical(Stremlight TLR7, Triji RMR) in a Tier 1 Concealed Axis Elite Holster. 5. Sharpie metal bodied pen (Item 2153660) 6. 4×6 note pad. 7. Ridge wallet 8. Keys
