On the left Sofirn SC13 with 6000-6500K SST40

In the Middle Sofirn SC13A with Anduril 2.0 and Nichia 519A LED with 90+ CRI

On the right Sofirn SC13 Nichia 519A

All three come with an 18350 battery and a deep-carry pocket clip. All three also have onboard USB charging and magnetic tail caps.

My favorite is the SC13A because it has Anduril 2.0, making it one of the coolest tiny lights out there.

All three are on sale right now for $9.99, with the SC13A with Anduril 2.0 going for $14.99.

I love mine, it is ALMOST perfect. I don’t think side click lights should be carried head up. The fact the clip can’t be reversed kills the light for me. When you reach into your pocket your thumb should index on the switch, pull the light out and it should intuitively point and switch on. Having the head up requires you to manipulate the orientation of the light to get it into the direction you need it. Often, letting the light spin with your thumb on the switch, letting the light head rotate it down like it should be held.
Also, the charging port cover is easily unplugged, and with the proper orientation of the clip, opposite the switch, your pocket can easily pull the flap out of the port, which can lead to it getting stuff in the port and the flap being ripped off.

It’s such a neat light though. In a backup role where it’s not the primary flashlight you pull out when you need it quick, it is good. I often keep mine in my cargo pocket while I carry two primary and secondary lights in my man left and right front pockets.

When these are on sale, I buy several of the SST40 version to give away as gifts.

I buy the oldest version for three reasons – It does not have Anduril, it is bright, and it puts out 1300 lumens, which is the highest output.

New people don’t really want Anduril but they do want a light that is bright and pushes out a lot of light.

I would buy some at this price but I already have a stack ready to go.

Also, this is one of my favorite lights. It is compact, has a mag tail cap, has decent range – and you just cannot beat the price. Just a nice small pocket light.
