For titanium? A desktop power supply is probably cheaper than paying someone else to do it+shipping. Its honestly really cheap.
For aluminum you might need to check some other subreddits, but if you look around I’m sure there is someone who will toss your lights in with their gun parts, or whatever else they’re doing.
r/Anodization is a thing, but not sure if they’d appreciate posts like these.
