With the gasket removed, TIR installed, no glass lens, and bezel tightened, the TIR rattles around in the flashlight.
When adding the glass lens, there ends up being a gap between the flashlight and bezel.
How are you guys getting this to fit? I was thinking about sanding down the bottom of the TIR, but that would change the focus.
TIR lens 10° flat.

the oring for the bezel?
When you say gasket removed, do you mean the gasket around the LED or the O-Ring between the lens and the bezel? Is that O-Ring still there? Just curious.
