I mostly just carry the Mini Champ and Swiss Champ as they’re by far the most practical knives and SAKs are nostalgic and multi-tool knives are just more fun, but all the knives are great.
My most recent acquisition is the Opinel No. 8 Garden. It’s a bit of a shame it’s marketed as a ‘garden’ knife as it seems like it should be very versatile and it fits in the pocket better than the standard No. 8. I really look forward to using it for food prep and such.

I have a very similar brass fish knife, and it is one of my favorites
