Got the knife at an antique shop for $130. They had no information about it except that it’s damascus steel there are no markings on the knife except for the flower design on the handle. I would really like to know who made it and if I over paid or not?

All the signs of Pakistani craftsmanship, definitely not an antique. Likely high in lead, don’t use it on food.

I’ll be the first to say that it is probably Pakistani garbage. It might not be safe to use on food which is a bummer since it’s a cleaver. As far as overpaying for it, if it makes you happy you did not overpay for it.
