Have made a couple fixed blade knives and was intimidated at first. Came out great! Bonus is the “mystery” scales. Was purchased from a “buy by the pound” cut off bin. Thinking possibly walnut.
Working on a tanto style knife too! Eventually I plan to get a forge but for now crafting the scales is plenty fun!
Anyone have recommendations on blanks? Amazon seems to have some good deals and great reviews
