I've been expanding my collection with different steels for my comparison during general EDC usage. The newest two happened to come within 24 hours of one another.
Top is the new Kizer Drop Bear Zero with Elmax steel and black aluminum scales. The purple hardware really pops and I like that it has no visible screws on the body. The hollow grind in this knife slices cardboard with zero effort. I'd say it's dangerously sharp. An excellent deal for these materials I think. I also like how the only logos and text are on the inside of the back spacer.
Bottom is obviously the Spyderco Manix 2, in Cru-Wear steel and brown micarta scales. Another incredibly sharp blade right out of the box. I really love the feel of the micarta and she looks extraordinary. Fits my rather large hands wonderfully.
