I was given this knife today and I can't find any information about it. I'd love to know more if there's anything to it, or if it's just a generic nice looking knife. As the photos indicate, it says Tramonina, inbox stainless Brasil. TIA!

Tramontina is a well known Brazilian brand that makes kitchenware. I didn’t even know they made knives, but I wouldn’t think highly of anything that just says stainless steel and doesn’t say what kind of steel.
