Just got in new Convoy M26E with LHP73B and a new M21H with LHP73B.
The M21K in the middle is an original run with a M26D battery tube installed. Noticeable is the M26E tube is slightly thicker and longer, making the light feel a bit more solid in hand vs with the M26D tube. The M26E tube has a stiffer and thicker spring vs the older M26D tube as well, like on the M21K 21700 tube. The anodizing now on the M26E tube is more matte so it matches the head unlike the M26D tube.
It looks like a little brass disc is soldered onto the end of the brass battery contact at the driver, even though they are the same driver. The M21H version also has the wider brass disc soldered onto it as well. This looks like a uniform upgrade to the 20A driver then?
The M26E comes with a green AR lens, whereas the first run M21K has a purple AR lens.
Otherwise, the heads of the M21K and M26E are the same but for the logo/model/stamp. All the body tubes readily lego between them.
Overall, the M26E seems like a great improvement over the M21K with all the small improvements to fit and feel.
Bonus – the newer M21H seems to ditch the weird blue retaining ring in favor of a more stylish steel one with a black button. It looks great.

I’d love to see some beam comparison between the M26E and M21H. I’ve got an M21H LHP73B and I like it a lot, I’m wondering how the M26E or M21K compare directly, same emitter, different optic.
My M26E is probably coming tomorrow. Seems like I’ve been waiting for this light forever.
what a lot of lumens in that Trio!
