Almost nothing quite as theraputic as music and knife sharpening

Have had a lot of bs going on in my life, but for some reason this quiets all of that.

What are all the cool ways you guys sharpen your knives? I like doing it so much I often find myself doing it even to sharp knives I don't like the look of the edge on😂
