    People make fun of James Brand because their marketing is a bit ‘hipster’ style. But this is a good knife.

    and, their customer service is phenomenal. I had a question about the Pocket clip, emailed them, and same day they responded “we put a new one in the mail to you” no charge, no fuss, no nothing. Just thanks for buying, here’s free replacement materials. in fact, hang on.

    So, yes, their marketing might be campy, but I can’t be mad when they treated me that well. and I’m just some joeschmoe nobody.
