Day off today, took a quick picture of what was in my pack on my way into the gym I teach at in the off season. Several typical items were taken out of the pack as I wouldn't need them today, such as trad gear and ascenders/aiders. If anyone wants me to list what is on my trad rack I'm more than happy to.
