Can anyone tell me what this is? google tells me its a CRKT Carson m4 – 3, but it doesnt seem right, anyhelp would be appreciated, i already ID'ed the other 7 i bought, and were talking close to a grand in knives via retail price….

If I’m not mistaken, this is a Kit Carson custom. Kit Carson has designed knives for CRKT, and others, but I believe this is a custom. These are not cheap, very expensive in fact.
