I can see inside and the crossbar is installed properly. I’m literally losing my mind because I did the install twice now and it’s the same thing. After spending 145 bucks on the knife, scales, and bearings this really sucks. I don’t want to have to send it back to flytanium and wait another 3 weeks. Anyone that can help I would appreciate it.

Also the video said I would need heat cuz there’s loctite on all the screws. Well not one screw had locktite and they were all kinda loose already. Which is wild cuz the knife was so sturdy before. The springs were great now it’s like they just aren’t working and I know they are installed right

Have you reverted back to the original bearings to see if that fixes it? If it does, then I’d assume the bearings are the wrong size, causing a tolerance issue. If that doesn’t fix it, then something hasn’t been assembled correctly. If you have calipers, you can measure the Skiff to make sure the dimensions match the 5mm x (12) x 1/16 dimensions: inner diameter 0.2”, outer diameter 0.37”, and ball diameter 0.0625”. It’s possible you ordered, or they sent, the wrong size.

Does it go back together with the original parts correctly? It’s a bummer tracing back issues, but it was me, I’d start like the previous comment said, putting OG bearings in, if that doesn’t fix it then move on to putting the original scales back on and see if it goes back together correctly, then you’ll at least know if there’s an issue with the parts or it’s something you’re not doing correctly

I’ve taken it apart again. It’s not the bearings those are exactly the same just the metal skiff ones. I’m thinking it has to be something with the crossbar
