For small tools, the mini flagship and Roxon has the best – even better than victorinox IMO (I hate their springs). For large tools, I actually like my bibury surge clone the most. Haven’t tried any semi serrated scissors yet but I hear they’re great

It’s the Roxon hands down. Been carrying the elite daily for about a year now and use the scissors multiple times a week. They feel like real scissors compared to most tools out there.

My Roxon KS2 Noir is hands down my favorite small multitool. And I’ve got a ton of tools. Scissors are terrific, and the D2 blade is very capable.
