Kershaw bottle opened, it's really a knife saver. Kinipex 6 inch pipe pliers. Wire cutters from Amazon (6 bucks?). Wife's lipstick. LPL lock picks. TIIL #71105 wratchet and a cheap extension. Assortment of 1/4 inch bits that work for men. The pouch is by Gentlestash, again from Amazon. Modified by me.
It ain't pretty but, it shifts what I need shifted. Carried at work and off.
