Turned 18 recently and got this custom folder from family out in Tennessee who make knives under Volunteer Knife & Tool. Mine’s based on their 2.8F platform with my initials engraved on the scale.
The quality honestly surprised me — action is smooth, fit and finish is clean, and the AEB-L blade came razor sharp.
My dad got one from them last year as well — his is a fixed blade field/bushcraft knife in CPM-3V (around 60 HRC). Also engraved, which makes it even cooler having a matching family set.
Just wanted to share their work — curious if anyone else here owns one or has handled anything from them before.
