This is a question specific to weapons law in Germany, I apologise if it's of no interest to the majority of people here, but I hope to find somebody with a better understanding of the law than me.
I was looking at some small fixed blade knives which can be carried in a pocket and came across the MKM TPF Defense:

I just really like the design of it, especially with the wood scales. In Germany, you are allowed to carry fixed blades of up to 12 cm blade length, which is well above the dimensions of the MKM TPF. However, you cannot carry anything that would be deemed a 'weapon'. I have no intent to carrry the knife for self defense, I just think it looks really neat.
Am I correct in my understanding that, just because the knife has 'Defense' in its name and is described as a small 'tactical' EDC, that would bar it from being carried in Germany, irrespective of its modest dimensions? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
