Was backing into a spot, opened my door to see my alignment & saw this in the ground. Legal where I’m at.
Blade doesn’t move without shaking it up/down. It still locks in place. Is this anything good, should I just toss it?

Take it apart and clean it ! Pick up a clip and you’ve got a serious otf
