HELP! Create a Convoy Light that doesn’t step down.

Hello! I am seeking the expertise from this community.

I have specefic need for a light that provides consistent output for video work. Ideally this means the curve only steps down near the end of the battery's output versus at the beginning.

I have no need for turbo mode, I desire consistency. Therefore I will only run these lights on High or Medium mode.

I want to create a Convoy C8+ with a SFT-25r LED. What driver + battery + LED combo can I choose to help me with this? I can also be convinced to choose a Convoy light with a 21700 battery if it helps the cause. Thank you in advance!
