Does anyone know anything about this knife?

Anything like: the type of knife?, who made it?, how it was made?, is it worth anything?

I got this knife second hand a long time ago, I lost the knife for 15 years until a few years back I found it right out on the open in a place i look frequently hmmmm I could of swore that wasent there because I was looking for it for 15 years. I honestly thought someone stole it.
