Alright, so you guys were super helpful in my delica vs vosteed porcupine decision. I ordered both and am spending a little time comparing, pocket feeling and all that, but after I ordered, I read that there are some fake spyderco knives circulating Amazon, had I known I would’ve ordered from blade hq or something like suggested, but I don’t pay tax and get business pricing on my Amazon account, so, here I am lol. I ordered via Amazon.

I’ve never owned a spyderco , so just wondering if this looks legit to you guys? Looks authentic to me based on what I can find online, but the spyderco website doesn’t show a spyderco logo on the clip. I know they vary though.

What do you guys think.

No spyderco expert here, and I know spyderco routinely makes little changes. I’m sitting here staring at my delica and most things look about identical. Only thing that stands on is the Spyderco VG-10 label on mine is stamped (if that’s the right term) into the blade while idk if yours is or just etched like the Spyderco symbol.

But you are right about amazon. I suggest not buying things like knives and gear from there.

Mines just a little rusty from being a garage knife for years now.

Looks legit. Normally the base spyderco models are authentic at Amazon the seller Onkata always sell authentic stuff. I would not buy anything from the paramilitary series up though, that’s where the fakes always are!
