Handmade by a single artisan in the Laguiole region of Aubrac, France…This knife uses authentic 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel, Brass, Morta aka “Bog wood” which is a rare wood, created by semi-fossilized oak trunks buried in peat that’s over 5,000 years old…and three small diamonds.
Titled “Le Bijou Eclipse” this piece represents the Earth (Morta), Moon (the bee and spring), and Sun (the brass). Carving and engravings are all done by hand.
