Just wanted to share my mom’s restored laguiole knife. She passed away some years ago, but she always had it with her and I think it must be around 40 years old, can’t remember her not having it. It was well loved and well used. The blade did not seem to have a lot of life left so I send it out to Honoré Durand where they gave it a new blade and a nice polish. It feels good to have such a nice memento of her which I can also use on the regular!
