Hand rubbed steaks or hand rubbed Burgers Valentine's Day? What's your preference? The wife and I "celebrated" (twice) yesterday while the kids were at school so today it's burgers. After hunting for a Trevor Burger Customs EXK on the secondary market for a while, I'm extremely impressed with this knife overall. Great size. Good weight. Incredible detent. Front flipper but also deploys pretty easily by reverse flicking the blade itself. Beautiful hand rubbed satin finish. Full Ti build. Lovely in the pocket.
