Do you guys ever wrap your handles for better grip? I’ve used tennis racket overgrips before but this one’s pretty cheap and breaks down quickly. Would be nice to find something that lasts longer.

Knife is a standard ESEE 6, by the way. Sheath backer by the knife connection.
Anyway, even with the milled texture on the scales the grip on this one has always felt oddly slick in the hand for micarta. I’ve heard of people using hockey grip tape as another option, does anyone have one they recommend?

hockey tape?

One that provides maybe too much grip for some that I occasionally use is self-fusing rubber tape. That way there’s no sticky residue from adhesives.

Lizard Skin baseball bat tape if you like something thicker. You might have to secure the ends with something else though, to make sure it doesn’t start unraveling. I also know several people who recommend Goon tape on their gun grips, so maybe it’d be nice on a knife too.
