Multiple NKD and thought I’d just knoll out my whole collection

The red AD20.5 and Shun chef and bread knife are the new additions and I can’t wait to put the shuns to good use. Heaviest use knives right now are the assortment of butchers/skinners on the top right, the flytanium arcade, Demko AD20.5 titanium, and vosteed Akita.
