In the early 90s I lived in Santa Fe NM. I was 21 and I met a woman who was a lot older than me. Her father was a retired border patrol officer from a Texas border town.
He gave her this knife and she gave it to me. Although it’s not sharp, he told her people would fight with these and “cut each other to ribbons “. The blade locks in place, and is engraved but I don’t have the tech to capture that. Probably made in the 70s.
