Good day! I'm very new to flashlights and had just recently ordered a Skilhunt H200, along with 3 batteries from them with the model BL-133C (18650 USB-C rechargeable battery).
As I was opening the package, the 3 batteries came in their own flashlight bodies, which surprised me initially, but didn't really know if that's normal or not. The first two I opened seemed normal, but I was surprised when I opened the last one and it was "slimy", for the lack of a better term. I took it out, thinking that it might have just been my hands, but it turns out that it was the battery covered in a weird transparent, almost petroleum jelly-like substance. Panicked, I put back where it was (with the protective plastic at the top of the battery enclosure still), and quickly washed my hands. What is that? Should I immediately remove the battery from its body and get this out of the house? How would proper disposal for something like this go?
I am about to email Skilhunt, and hopefully get a response during the current Chinese New Year celebration, but also wanted to ask here if this is a fire hazard and if I should get this out of my house ASAP. This is only my 2nd flashlight, and my first experience ordering from the Skilhunt website. The photo shows the Skilhunt H200 (right), and the two flashlight bodies containing a BL-133C each (left). The "slimy" one is currently isolated as I do not trust it at the moment. Thank you and am hoping for your understanding as I am completely clueless and new to the hobby.

This is normal, every flashlight I own has a bit of grease on it to allow better movements of the battery and threads don’t worry.
