I was out walking with my family and was lucky enough to find this Fenix TK16 on the ground in the middle of the street. It didn't turn on so I took it home to see if it just needed new batteries. I've never seen a battery with a USB C built in. When I plugged it in to see if it just needed to be charged; it's green; as seen in the photo. The Fenix website shows it should be red and turn blue when charged. So question 1 is what does green mean? In the troubleshooting section it recommended to clean the contact points with either an eraser on a pencil or isopropyl alcohol. I did both. Still doesn't work. All the components look clean if not shiny new (see photos). Any ideas? Or did I discover why it was in the middle of the road?

Top button appears to be bent in.?
Maybe a contact/spring issue.? Try another battery if you have one.
