So I found this Buck 110 a few years back with a UA cut into the blade, and "United Association" written on the handle. My name is AJ, and when I flip the blade over it seems to say my name perfectly. Anybody ever seen a custom blade like this? Is this something buck even offers? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I’d be wary of that snapping in half with all the material removed for that cut.
