





Can’t speak highly enough of the Olight warranty and customer service. I called them because I had a 4-5 year old Warrior that the tailswitch was acting up and the lens had melted on it from getting turned on not using the lock which subsequently burned me, which I old them was my own fault for not using the silicone cover the issued with the lights as part of a ‘recall’. Submitted a warranty claim online and got an email back same day. Offered me store credit of 110% of MSRP or the new Warrior 3S. I chose the Warrior 3S and had a new one on the way in under 24 hours. They also threw in a i1R2 keychain light for free!

Yeah their customer service is absolutely the best. They once sent me an mcc cable just for asking which one my light was compatible with.
