Not making a “best cell” claim, just sharing my experience.
I swapped a 25R for a P30B in an M2, AR glass, same driver (3 V 8 A buck), same everything else… and holy shit, the light just woke up.
Same setup felt fine on the 25R, but the P30B really whomps. Faster ramp, more punch, feels less strangled up top. 100% doesn't drop off as fast, the light really has to heat up first.
Curious if others have seen similar behavior in comparable builds, or if this is just one of those “right cell, right host” moments.
