Either is fine by me, no strong preference either way. If you asked 10 years ago it would have been US made but china and other places have been making super high quality stuff. In my mind Kunwu stands atop that list.
I like any knives except Italian, Chinese, and clone knives.
Chinese knives and clones can be described by one phrase — a knife without an idea is a dead knife.
I prefer American everything. No one in my family has even owned a foreign car. Support American labor 🇺🇸
