I have a PowerPint that has been great but there are two things wrong with it. 1. Some of the tools are really stiff to get out. Even after a couple months of usage. And 2. My scissors don’t seem to go all the way down when they are closed. Any help or tips is appreciated.

Loosen the pivots a little bit, maybe like a ¼ turn and put some oil in
