Eh… what war? I’m not an expert but it looks like acrylic or celluloid spacers on the handle. That doesn’t lead me to believe the knife is super old or built for wartime use. Could be wrong though.
Looked like a lotus stamp at first, but definitely not, at least not like any I’ve seen on the Arasakas

Looks like a cut down bayonet converted in a workshop to a fighting knife. Reasonably common thing.
