This is my Convoy M21F in that long XHPwhatever.

This is a very good flashlight. Extremely bright. All the photos are taken at full / max / turbo.

The distance it illuminates is impressive. It’s very much like a beam though, so at about 25 degrees to the side and over it really falls off. It’s not perfect and I would gladly sacrifice some distance for more even spread.

At 41-42 bucks it wasn’t my best price to performance but for a backpack flashlight or a light to have around the house it’s great. I really like the USB attached and while I’m way too deep and own a bunch of batteries and chargers I feel you could keep this charged with a usb c cable and a battery pack if you get past the hour or hour and a half mark.

I’d not recommend it for everyone. It’s too big to pocket and others I’ll post about as I do this daily I’ll show much better light to dollar value.

Again, this is to help normal people inch their way into the flashlight world and make sense of different combos if you’re new.

The full light is:

Convoy M21F with a XHP70.3 HI R9050 led in 5700k.

The battery I’ll use for all of my 21700 is a Molicel p50b. I like them vs the alternatives and I have a bunch of different batteries if people ever want me to talk about those.

Summary is there are better for less but it’s pretty great if you find yourself with one by happenstance.

Ask anything I’ll try to help.

Oh – I added a pic with my dog to try to show just how far it casts. I don’t track measurement or know how to calculate it on a pic but it is a thrower for sure.

I also want to mention – if there is a combo you want me to try that I don’t have let me know. I like these lights and I’ve got enough play money to buy a few every couple weeks.

Right now I’m only doing convoy but I plan to branch out to my others too.

What do you think about M21F with recently added LHP73B emitter?
