Looking for a new flashlight. I have a Streamlight Macrostream that has been my EDC for maybe 5 years, and has started flickering on the High lumen setting.

I really like the size of the light at 4.45 in. Long x .85 in. Diameter.

I know I could probably just buy a new rechargeable battery as I have never replaced it before but I would really like to upgrade to something much brighter, while still staying rechargeable. The macrostream is advertised at 500 lumen High mode.

My main concerns are that it should be an equivalent size, with a brighter high lumen mode, rechargeable, not likely to turn on in my pocket, and stays under $300

Just looking for recommendations as I’m not as accustomed or informed in the world of flashlights.
