It's not technically new and I didn't get it today, I'm the third owner and I got it this past week, but I digress… This was a gift from a good friend so it's a really special knife to me.
This is my first Hinderer and I'm blown away, it's beefy and has a heavy detent but it doesn't feel oversized or cumbersome. On the contrary it's probably got the best ergos of anything in my collection, CPM 20CV for the blade steel is also very very nice.
