Real or fake Kershaw leek

Just got this in off eBay for $28 used like new w/o box. Didn’t even know they made fake kershaws till it was already shipped. I’ve looked at some comparisons from real/fake and don’t see any immediate red flags. Knife feels very solid and the assisted opening is very strong and snappy. What’s your thoughts?
