I've been wanting this exact knife for awhile, but they didn't have it at any of my local stores, until just recently at bass pro, and so I finally bought myself one and im very satisfied with my purchase. It has a fancy double locking mechanism which is a big perk of this knife (to me) because its not only more safe to use, but it also makes the knife much more sturdy like a fixed blade when its opened with both locks engaged. You can also remove the pocket clip and attach it to any side of the knife handle or on the top or bottom, to make it easier/more convenient to grab out of your pocket. It has a grippy G10 fiberglass handle and the blade and it's serrations are razor sharp and made from stainless steel. It's the best knife I've ever owned and it was definitely worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rugged tactical heavy duty outdoor knife that is overbuilt, can handle serious abuse, comes sharp and stays sharp, and is made with high quality materials.

It easily surpasses your average folding utility or tactical pocket knifes because like i said, Its super durable, sturdy, grippy, sharp, deep serrations, and its made from high quality materials. The grippy handle is made of G10 fiberglass and the blade is made of 8Cr14MoV stainless steel and it has a black titanium nitride coating. I believe it was around $135 before tax in Canada

In the comments tell me what do you think tho.. is this a knife that you would get one of your own or would you prefer something different that is bigger or smaller, more serrations or or no serrations, full tang blade or folding blade. Im just curious what others think of my new knife

You gotta keep the price and blade steel out of the sales speech bud, glad you’re happy with it tho.

CRKT is a nice stepping stone on the way to better knives imo. They’re solid enough knives and I still have several. I don’t have that exact model as I don’t like knives I use regularly to have serrated blades. A big fighting knife Ill consider serrations with, but jot something that gets used hard daily. Sharpening serrated edges is not fun in any way, and I need my edge to look better than original when I sharpen it. Which means it’s gonna take me some time to get that edge to the quality I want it. It’s a cool knife though and I like that it kind of looks like it’s not a folding knife in a way. I enjoy my knives being extra rugged, and this looks pretty solid bro. I had issue with one of mine rusting more than expected so take care of her. For the record Ive worked with metal for decades so odds are I got some grinding dust stuck in mine and the rust may’ve transferred. 😅
