The thing that you see at the bottom covered in brown rope is a mini sharpening stone, but it is cheap and not very good. I am replacing it with ones that fit in my wallet instead (sharpal 116n).
But I don't like having that empty space there, is there something I could put there instead? Maybe a thing of super glue?

Superglue is a good idea, I just would put it in an extra case to protect it from bursting or leaking. Might be too big then.
Maybe a small roll of duct tape?
