Went out on a limb and picked up an HMC transient square back 2.9 SL. Tiny little thing, but despite the small size feels great in hand. Detent is money, one of the best I experienced. Still not sure if I'll keep it, or go for the 3.2, but so far liking it a lot!

I think the 2.9 is too small especially with the slotted deployment since it’s uncomfortable to deploy. The 2.9 is fine with the thumb studs but harder to find in that configuration. Congratulations on the pickup though, Jim makes fantastic knives and I have found his customer service to be the best in the business.
