Anyone know what exactly this is? I think it’s a Swedish military flashlight, but I’m not quite certain.

I got two of these, one of them I got working with a AA battery pack and a new LED bulb, but I can't really figure out if these are Swedish or what they are..

bought for 8 bucks each.
